Connor combines deep, intentional bodywork and breath‑aware practices to help people move better, feel calmer and breathe deeper. His work is rooted in intentional, slow, and structural care, not quick fixes or surface-level relaxation.
Connor works with a wide range of people: athletes, desk‑workers, folks carrying chronic tension, people recovering from training, or anyone dealing with posture strain, stress, or nervous‑system overload. Whether you train hard (CrossFit, climbing, BJJ, yoga, rowing, etc.) or sit at a desk all day, the body carries tension. Connor's job is to help you reset, and find depth and rest.

Connor's Approach
Connor’s approach is slow, deliberate, and deeply attentive. Every session is a thoughtful exploration of your body’s unique needs, combining:
Deep, structural bodywork that goes beyond surface-level massage to release tension and enhance mobility
Breath-aware techniques to help regulate the nervous system and support deeper sleep
A slow, intentional pace that allows your body to truly integrate the work
