Do you do travel massages?
Travel massages will only be honored for clients who have physical limitations preventing them from travel such as being bound to a wheelchair or bed.
You must reach out to Connor directly to discuss these arrangements.
What is your availability?
Walk-ins are not accepted.
Sessions are by appointment only.

Can I bring my dog?
Dogs are welcome in the studio if they are well behaved.
Consider brushing your dog before showing up with them to reduce hair shedding.
what is an appropriate tip?
Tips are not accepted by this business.
The pricing model is built to be non-tip reliant.
Gifts are accepted around the Holiday season.
Do you recommend massage therapy on a regular basis?
Yes, if your budget allows.
Massages as frequently as twice a month can help to address problems before they arise.

What is your cancellation policy?
$75 will be charged if cancelling or rescheduling the session within a 24-hour window prior to the session, or not showing up for the session.
It is your responsibility to inform Connor Dent, LMT if you cannot make the appointment prior to the scheduled session.
do you take insurance?
This business does not work directly with insurance companies.
Treatments may be covered by extended health care plans. It is the client's responsibility to confirm the exact details of their coverage.
An invoice can be provided, upon request, by this business, and the client shall file for coverage or reimbursement themselves.
This business cannot guarantee that you will be reimbursed or covered by your insurance plan.
Can you do chiropractic adjustments?
Licensed Massage Therapists do not perform any spinal adjustments as it is outside their legal scope of practice.
Can you diagnose my condition?
Massage therapy is not a substitute for medical examination or diagnosis.
It is recommended that you see a physician for any physical ailment you may have.
Licensed Massage Therapists do not prescribe medical treatments or pharmaceuticals, as it is outside their legal scope of practice.
If you have a serious medical diagnosis, you must provide a physician's written consent prior to services.
what are the boundaries in massage?
It is the utmost concern that all clients feel safe and secure.
The breasts of all female clients shall be draped and not engaged in breast massage.
Draping of the genital area and gluteal cleavage will be used at all times during the session for all clients.
If uncomfortable for any reason, the client may ask to cease the massage and the practitioner will end the massage session.
Sexual interaction or discussion of any kind between the client and the massage practitioner is never appropriate.
If the practitioner feels that this line has been crossed, they will terminate the session immediately. The client will be charged the full amount.
